Day 2 was filled with more walking. Which I actually love because you get to see so much of the city! We stopped by the painted ladies, secretly hoping Uncle Jesse would make an appearance. Which unfortunately, he did not. We walked through one of my favorite neighborhoods, down by Golden Gate Park. The houses and buildings down there had just that extra bit of charm. Hence the millions of pictures I took of them. Whoops. I loved walking through Golden Gate Park. It felt like another world, with its towering greenery and surrounding misty mountains. JoyceAnn took us to the cutest little ice cream shop and then we hit up some more touristy spots. China Town, Union Square, The Ferry Building. Finding food on this day was an adventure. Most shops seemed to be closed seeing it as it was the day before the 4th, so a lot of our time was spent just trying to find something that was open! Which meant so much walking and so many incredible things to see!

I mean, come on. Can I live here please?

I had to take pictures of anything that was green, obviously. AZ just doesn’t compete in the greenery department.
